Welcome to another inspiring episode of the For This Reason Podcast! This time it's all of us!🌟
In this episode, we delve into the profound impact of placing God at the heart of our business endeavours. Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur, a dedicated employee, or just embarking on your career journey, this podcast is tailored for you.
Join us as we unpack the essential themes of synergy, unity, integrity, and authenticity in our professional lives.
Purpose
Howdy! Welcome to our first episode! Super exciting! We are beginning this podcast to discuss Kingdom business. What is it? How do we build a Kingdom business? How do we share our faith at work? All these topics and more as we explore the purpose for what we do! We do everything for a reason, for us we want to Glorify Jesus, we do all these things, For This Reason! We hope you enjoy!
Stewardship
Are you a CEO? Are you a director or an employee? What ever position you hold at work this is for you! We are discussing how to carry God's culture in the work place. How do we live a life of faith amongst people who do not share our faith? It's important to be able to love people not scare them away. Committing to doing life with people and serving them even in their unbelief is so valuable! How do we steward the goodness of God in our business, join us as we open up this huge topic!
Managing Fear!
It's okay to feel afraid sometimes, we all do. But I want to remind you that you're not alone and that you can overcome it. I truly believe that with God's help, we can find peace and grace to face any challenge. That being said, I would like to invite you to join us in a heartfelt discussion about fear and how we can conquer it. We want to share our own experiences in life and work, and hopefully inspire you to face your fears with courage and determination. Remember, fear may be a natural response, but it doesn't have to control us. Let's come together and support each other on this journey to overcoming fear.
What is your capacity?
Stressed, overworked, burnt out? How do we avoid this? What do we do when we are going through it? Want to know more, watch this! Our capacity is a vital aspect we must consider. It's not just about our own growth, but also our business. To truly thrive, we must be aware of when we're reaching our limit. We believe that with God's guidance, we can exceed our current capacity and reach new heights. It's a journey that requires dedication, perseverance, and faith. We're grateful for the opportunity to grow and evolve as individuals and as a business. Let's continue to strive towards our goals and trust that we have the strength and support to achieve them. Together with God’s grace and each other, we can overcome any obstacles and achieve greatness.
Was It Worth The Risk?
Leaving your comfort zone and stepping into the journey of faith can be scary but if our lives belong to the Lord then there will be a time when he stirs our hearts towards something more! But is it worth the risk? Check out the full conversation with Dave from Redside a construction company but with a heart for the community, that's on a different level!

We’re just ordinary people who’ve encountered an extraordinary God (the one true God!).
From time to time, we have some really cool conversations. So we decided to switch on some mics and make a podcast out of it! Unashamedly Christian, unapologetically unscripted (most times!). And we’re intentional about making Christian concepts both practical and visible in the life of the disciple. Our podcast isn’t intended to be a teaching platform. Instead, it’s a public dialogue designed to cause us (the hosts) and you (the listener) to be provoked with godly thoughts and inspired to walk closer with God.
